Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment If the reservation was made on the same day, please notify us at least 3hrs prior. Cancellations that break the rules will cause 50% of the service fee to be paid before booking your next appointment
