Answer customers’ questions, concerning reservations.

Assist clients in rescheduling their appointment if needed.

Act as an indoor-sales agent when launching new digital products to turn prospects into clients.

Compile reports to be submitted to other staff on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications

University Graduate
-
Egyptians Only [Preferably Alexandria Residents]

Computer literacy: Data entry and typing [Microsoft office documents]

Social Media Management: [The basic knowledge of social media features [advanced tactics or technicalities are not needed]
-
Time management and organization [working smart, efficiently, and effectively]

Basic understanding of Customer service [professional conversation etiquette]
